This notice explains what data we collect and how we use it.
A plain-language summary of how PrefabEU OÜ handles your data. It receives a final legal review before launch.
What we collect
Only what you give us: the details you enter in a contact or quote form, and a saved configuration if you choose to create one. We don't sell your data.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics. We count page views in aggregate only — no identifiers, no IP addresses stored — and fonts are self-hosted, so loading this site makes no third-party request.
Who processes your data
To run the site and answer your enquiry we use a small set of processors, all under a data-processing agreement:
- Cloudflare — hosting, and the database that stores your enquiry (EU region).
- Zone.ee — the mail service that delivers your message to us and our reply to you.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on the forms (privacy-first, no tracking cookie).
We use no third-party analytics and no automated/AI processing of your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Any files you upload are deleted automatically after 90 days. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted — or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email sales@compactliving.ee and we'll handle it.
