What we do

CompactLiving is a producer of modular houses. Cliff modular house, Corner house and TEO modular system are our main products. Cliff and Corner house are ready designed products that can be delivered turn-key to all over the world. TEO modular system gives our customers the freedom to compile their own house from 3×6 m modules. In addition to our own products, we offer engineering design development and production services for other Private Label modular house brands. If you have your own design/brand and you are looking for a partner, who could develop an engineering solution and produce the houses under your brand, we are the right company to turn to.

People

Here at CompactLiving we firmly believe that a great product can only be delivered by a team of great people. CompactLiving head-office employees 10 persons dealing with Design, Project Management, Sales, Marketing and Administration. CompactLiving factory employees an average of 25 skilled workers dealing with the production of modules and logistics.

Factory

CompactLiving Factory is located close-by Tallinn, about 25 minutes drive from Tallinn airport. The Factory is composed by two main buildings and a few covered storage spaces. The total covered surface amounts to about 4000 m2.
