Why you can't order yet — and we'd rather say so
Before we sell a dwelling in the U.S., we're confirming modular certification by state, delivery & install coverage, and U.S.-spec (120 V / NEC) electrical. Until then, no U.S. pricing or legality claims — only an honest "coming".
What will be different here

- Prices in USD, sizes in sq ft
- All-in landed cost incl. freight, crane, duty & hookups
- State- and city-level ADU-law guides (where it's legal, how big)
