The home

A house made for having people over.

See real installs →

Friends and family for the weekend, larger groups at a ski resort, an Airbnb that earns, or a private lake house — the Cliff sleeps eight in three real bedrooms, and it suits climates all around the world.

  • Built-in furniture included
  • Smart-home ready
  • WiFi option
  • For every climate
  • Easy to combine
Read the whole idea

The idea of the Cliff is simple: more space from a smaller building. Two fully insulated modules leave the factory with internal and external finishing complete — built-in furniture and appliances included — and the house is usable within a day of the crane arriving. Smart-home technology is available throughout for a more economical, eco-friendly way to run it.

It's yours to shape: materials and colours of the interior and exterior finishing, appliances, furniture, accessories and lighting can all be changed — and the layout can carry a sauna or a jacuzzi in place of the bath.

Your side of the deal is small. Arrange the technical connections on the plot — water 32 mm, sewage 110 mm, electricity 20 A — and have a local contractor set the foundation pillars. We bring everything else.

The Cliff moment

Sauna instead of the bath.

Swap the bath for a private, cedar-lined sauna — the kind of detail that lifts a nightly rate and turns guests into return bookings. It's a true replace, not an add-on bolted to the side.

Where it's built

Two modules, one factory line.

Every Cliff is built whole on our production line near Tallinn — cut on a six-axis Weinmann line, insulated, glazed, tiled and furnished indoors, then quality-checked before it ships as two 11-tonne modules. Behind our own hall stands a network of partner factories across Estonia and Latvia, with our teams running every project.

What it earns

A finished home that can pay for itself.

The Cliff commands the highest nightly rate in the range because it lives like a real home — three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a four-season envelope. Run it as a premium short-stay and the numbers close faster than most people expect.

Figures below are illustrative and conservative by default — open the calculator to model your own plot, nightly rate and occupancy.
