This notice explains what data we collect and how we use it.

A plain-language summary of how PrefabEU OÜ handles your data. It receives a final legal review before launch.

What we collect

Only what you give us: the details you enter in a contact or quote form, and a saved configuration if you choose to create one. We don't sell your data.

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics. We count page views in aggregate only, and fonts are self-hosted, so loading this site makes no third-party request.

To count how many people visit rather than just how many pages are opened, we store a one-way digest of your IP address and browser, combined with a secret that changes every day. Your IP address and browser details are never stored. Because the daily secret changes, the digest cannot be linked from one day to the next, cannot be traced back to you, and is not used to build any profile or to follow you between sites. It is deleted on the same schedule as the rest of our statistics.

We also count, in aggregate, which of a small set of buttons are clicked, roughly how long a page is looked at (measured only while the tab is in front of you, and never beyond five minutes), and how far a few key pages are scrolled. None of this is tied to you: there is no cookie, no session identifier, and nothing you type is ever recorded.

All statistics are deleted after 24 months.

Who processes your data

To run the site and answer your enquiry we use a small set of processors, all under a data-processing agreement:

• Cloudflare — hosting, and the database that stores your enquiry (EU region).
• Zone.ee — the mail service that delivers your message to us and our reply to you.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on the forms (privacy-first, no tracking cookie).

We use no third-party analytics.

AI-assisted processing

We use AI-assisted tools to organise and process business correspondence. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in managing customer relations; automated tools never make decisions about you and never send you messages without human review.

How long we keep it

Any files you upload are deleted automatically after 90 days. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted — or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email sales@compactliving.ee and we'll handle it.
