THIMO365 

Thimo365 is a modular house built in the Netherlands. Affordable housing for 1-2 person households is becoming a huge problem in the Netherlands. We started to develop the Thimo365 concept already in 2019 - so after 3 years of discussions, engineering, production we could finally deliver the first Thimo365 house. Thimo365 is a clever one size fits all home concept.  You can have as many Thimo365 houses built next to each other in a row as needed. It is equipped with solar-panels to reduce the energy consumption costs. One apartment is built from one 5,5m x 10,4m module.
